Position: Business Development Executive (Job Code: BDE)

Education: MBA / PGDBM / Equivalent

Job Description:
  • Identify business targets and scanning/comprehending the market for business potential to secure business for the organization.
  • Formulating strategies for bringing in business and generating reports.
  • Respond and seek clarifications from prospects on the RFPs to enable correct business proposal.
  • Winning and securing business for the organization by making calls to the prospective clients,
  • pitching the business service, sending/seeking requisite information/proposal and follow up with persistence reflecting the win-win synergies due to the organizational edge.
  • Winning business through process of qualifying and developing relationships.

Job Description:

  • Candidate is required to have exposure on AJAX, Webform skills.

Job Description:

  • Creating awareness, implementation and timely dissemination of Policies and Practices pertaining to HR on operation floor.
  • Handling the employees issues and ensuring all the issues are resolved on time.
  • Providing help and coordination with line managers for on time completion of appraisals (Mid term and annual) and maintaining the dashboard for same.
  • Handholding the new joined on the operations floor.
  • Facilitating and coordinating for Rewards &Recognition at the team/process level.
  • Conducting one-o-one sessions with employees to endure employees are comfortable with the system.
  • Conducting skip levels meeting with the employees along with the head HR and function head.

  • Write, edit and update technical documents for software product, including manual, online Help, etc.
  • Understand the client's requirements to understand the solution and technical writing requirements.
  • Work with others in the team to design the technical writing deliverables required by the client.
  • Design the look and feel of the deliverable.
  • Write the content for deliverable. Typical deliverables include user manuals, case studies, data sheets, API documentation, white papers, proposals, training material, courseware, parts manuals, technical references, etc.
  • Responsible for editorial reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency and usability of the contents.
  • Responsible for technical editing.
  • Ability to interact with developers.
  • Grasp the technical concepts quickly and have an analytical approach to documentation
  • Should have a good command over English language.

  • Writing and presenting the information in clear and simple English

  • Write and edit RFP responses, proposals and related documents in conjunction with Business Development Executives.
  • Write and edit white papers, case studies, articles &system usage manuals for new/novice users based on interaction with experts.
  • Knowledge on Study drawings, specifications, and samples.
  • Review published materials and recommend revisions or changes.
  • Interact with technical team to bring out product technologies and production methods.
  • Proficiency in writing tools like MS Office and Visio.
  • Good analytical skill.
